Ultra-soft natural sponge – 0% fragrance
- Made from the roots of the konjac plant
- When moistened, the sponge becomes super soft
- Once the sponge no longer absorbs water, it should be disposed of in organic waste
- 0% fragrance
Petit&Jolie Konjac Sponge is an extremely soft sponge – in many cases even softer than a washcloth. This allows the delicate skin to be cleansed gently. The sponge is made from the Amorphophallus Konjac plant. It is 100% plant-based and contains no synthetic fragrances or colourants.
Its shape makes it easy to clean the skin folds of your baby.
The sponge can be used together with Petit&Jolie Hair & Body Shampoo, Bath Oil and the Shampoo & Body Bar – but of course also with water alone. If your little one suffers from rash or eczema, we recommend using only the sponge with water.
Directions for use
Soak the sponge thoroughly in warm water. Squeeze it out and gently massage the body in circular motions. After use, rinse the sponge well with lukewarm or warm water, hang it up by the cord and allow it to dry. If used correctly, the sponge will last for 2 to 3 months.
After use, dispose of the sponge in organic waste.
Contents: 4g – the sponge is palm-sized and shaped like a drop, making it easy to clean the folds of your baby’s skin.

FAQs
All ingredients utilized in the product range are of natural origin, derived from plants, flowers, and herbs.
They are completely free from:
Petroleum-derived ingredients
Parabens & paraffins
Silicones
PEG ingredients
Synthetic fragrances, preservatives, or colorings
All of the ingredients in the Petit&Jolie range are naturally sourced, and select ingredients are grown organically. Officially, a skincare product can only be designated as organic if all of its ingredients are natural, unprocessed, and sourced directly from certified organic farming.
Almost the entire range is vegan-friendly.
The only two non-vegan exceptions are:
Baby Diaper Cream
Calendula Balm
These products contain beeswax and lanolin, which are used to help moisturize delicate skin and create a protective, water-repellent barrier.
No, they do not have a fixed expiration date. However, once a product has been opened, it is best to use it within 6 months, as exposure to oxygen after opening can gradually affect the overall quality of natural formulations.
Yes, they can. Because the products are made from natural botanical ingredients, a rash or skin irritation can still occur if a child or adult has a specific allergy to one of those natural components. It is always recommended to check the INCI ingredients list on the packaging prior to use.
Applying the bath oil directly to the skin is not recommended. The Baby Bath Oil is formulated with a very rich emulsion that behaves similarly to honey, meaning it will feel quite thick, greasy, and syrupy if applied directly to dry skin.
If you are looking for a product to apply directly to the skin or use for a calming baby massage, the Baby Massage Oil is recommended instead.
Both of these products share the exact same function: to promote skin elasticity and support blood circulation to minimize the risk of stretch marks (striae).
The primary difference lies in their texture:
Pregnancy Oil: Absorbs into the skin faster for a lightweight finish.
Belly Balm: Provides a richer, deeply nourishing barrier that lingers longer on the skin.
